Reason 4.0 > all : )

Reason is for simple people. Reason is very limited.
If you want to get into all of that, get Cubase and a lot of nice Vst's.
Reason is only good for putting ideas down quickly, in my opinion.

Yes, perfectly said. Cubase is limitless, but has a pretty big learning curve. When Reason takes no time to get things going, but very limited compared to Cubase.

I disagree. Fiiber is right. If you have any experience with sequencers, you will know that reason is indeed very limited.
