First of all. If you can not get the acapella you can not make remixes like that.

But if you have do make remixes like this you could use:
Acid pro
Fl studio
Cubase
Ableton

And many more.

accapella's aren't hard to find : O

but that's a shitty remixed song

I personally use FruityLoops 7 XXL Producer Edition, even though I can "remix" songs, I choose to compose from scratch

Yea, I got fruity loops a couple weeks ago and have been messing around on it a lot trying to make some music. Making techno music is a lot harder than you'd think.
