dunno how to explain it the right way but i need a programm in wich you can take a small part from a mp3 file and make it a new mp3 file
for example: if you ony want the intro from a 5 minute song i just want the 0.00 - 0.34 instead of the full 5.00
does anyone know what prog is capable of that?

Each program will be different, but you essentially "cut" the part you want, and save it as a new mp3.

FL studio, its quite easy to use + lot of guides about it in the internet

Uh Itunes man....put the song on Itunes, right click and where it says song start and stop time...change the start and stop time to whatever you want, then right click the song again and click "create new mp3 file" or something like that....just make sure to change the start and stop time back to normal on the original copy of the song after.
