so i just bought a shell with some peeling/rippled/torn lacquer finish on it

delete the extra "e's" in the "e-bay" url

do i need any specific lugs/rods/claws for it? also, what would be the best way to remove the finish and get down to the natural wood?

id prolly try sanding it with a very light grit mabye use some UNDO?

what pieces do i need other than the shell?

i need to know what hardware + heads or whatever
