I'm 20, partly self-taught and playing the violin.

Just wondering if anybody else is out there.

I play violin. I'm horrible at it though. I tried learning Bach's Chaconne and got raped. My main is classical guitar, followed by piano.

i used to they can be really cool if you get good at them

i love violin, played classical from 4th grade to high school, quit and picked it back up years later to play bluegrass/old time music. good shit.

I'm just starting... as in a few days ago. I hope to eventually be able to play it without it screeching :/
