ok so about 5mins ago i decided to retune my snare
so i undid it all and now it sounds weird all tuned
its a 14" if that makes any difference

any tips on how to make it sound any good?
btw, the bottom snare is fine its just the top i screwed up




p.s.
i decided to do it cos ive never been able to tune drums before and i just did my toms so they sound sweet
so thought it might be similar with the snare xD

there very cheap no more then like 30$ for a pack i belive

for a pack of o rings should be way less then that
they go for like 10-15 bucks
