After learning about three different versions of the same song with none of them being remotely close I've come to d2jsp to solve all my problems.

Do you have GP5 (Software) or Power Tab (Freeware)?

Try to get one of those and if there's a tab for "There There" then it should be way easier to learn it

I'm not even sure what those are? What is it? Just really good tabs?

It's a program that you use to write tabs, and then convert them into .midi files. Basically, you can write AND LISTEN TO your tabs, to make sure they're accurate.

Usually ptb and gp5 tabs are much more accurate than plain text tabs.

if not then use those programs. ur ears may suck sometimes.

how about you try and transcribe it
sure its guna take a long time but you will be developing one of the most important skills of music aural skills
and you get to learn the song
for example when listening to a song you pick up on other things that tab cannot show you...
