So, i've come to the conclusion i've hit yet another road block with my guitar. I can run scales fairly consistantly, but my problem is being syncronized with the picking patterns. Last night i sat down and practiced arpeggios. i can get my fingers where they need to go but my strumming hand just seems to be on another page. If someone could lead me to online lessons or tips, or if anyone has personal tips that has seemed to help you out, any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys happy.gif

Are you only doing downpicking or alternate? If you're doing downpicking only, you should start doing alternate and practice alot to syncronize your hands, that's the only way.

If you're running legato scales, you need to learn to pick every note and play with a metronome. It is very important to synchronize your left and right hands.

Start slow and work your way up. Its all about practice.

Alternate picking is a must aswell.
