I'm not sure what you mean by this. All power chords are the same - Root, fifth, and the optional octave. On all strings (other than the combination of G and B ), the shape is the same:

Code

----------|--------
----------|--------
----------|----2--5---
----------|2-5-0--3---
-2--5--7--|0-3------
-0--3--5--|----------

blah blah and so on and so forth. If you mean all of the major/minor triads, etc... then just play them until they come naturally.

when i use to take lessons my guitar teacher would test me by asking me to like go and find every e or g or whatever note he asked as fast as possible and it helped me memorize the fret board so i can recommend you doing that to memorize the root then just add the fifth and the octave if you want and you have yourself the power chord

The way I learned was just playing, playing, playing, and then after I learned all the shapes my brother would give me a note and I would find them all as fast as i could
