ultimate-guitar.com

has millions of blink 182 tabs - most of which were submitted by new users. There are plenty of accurate tabs on that site, though. Some advice - learn to read music. Tabs are nice, but they're a crutch that can lead to disability.

Best site for tabs IMO. Also has a great selection of Guitar Pro files, which are great and help you learn tabs and music.

I don't know any sites for free sheet music. Most sites require you to pay, but I get all of my sheet music either from school or (back when I took lessons) from my guitar teacher.

A few months ago I did some searching for some. I've got them saved on my desktop, I think mainly for piano and of Nintendo (I imagine they would be fun) & Hellsing (very beautiful pieces, don't dismiss it as weeaboo faggotry) music.
