im fairly new to playing but i've been doing it for around a year now, and i want to upgrade my stuff, right now im using some strat knock-off and some other low grade stuff,
i was thinking about going with a telecaster,
any suggestions on what would work good with that or suggestions on a different guitar/set up?

Also could you give me a price range for the guitar/set up you suggest?, thanks

What kind of music do you play?

What guitarist do you want to sound like?

How much do you have to spend?

If metal I'd suggest ESP/LTD, Jackson, Ibanez or even Dean. You could even go with a stratocaster because they are pretty much all-around guitars. I used to have one and it sounded good for metal too.

But yeah, how much are you willing to pay? Because they can get very pricy tongue.gif
