Tchaicovski, but to be honest i cant really choose, they all have some pretty extreme content that just blows my mind into a dimension ive never seen before.. as im listening to it i can imagine the emotion behind every piece of work that is written by these wonderful composers, but if i HAD to choose a fave it would be Tchaicovski... true genious.

If we're talking about what most people would consider "classical music" then my favourite's Debussy. If we're talking strictly Baroque/Classical/Romantic then I would probably say Schubert.
