Here is a revelation that I have come to learn about music.


There is no such thing as good music. All your punk bands, metal bands, pop groups, rappers, country stars, classic rockers, techno dj's, etc etc ALL are the same. Your opinion is equal to everybody else's opinion and that is a big thing for people to grasp.
My personal taste in music? Death/Hardcore/Tech/Progressive Metal, Jazz Fusion, and Classic Rock. I like music that explores each musician's technical abilities at their instrument. And I also love music that energizes me.


Realize that your "good" is the same as somebody else's "good".

I think there's a point in there somewhere.

Isnt this your opinion? Just cause you dislike them doesnt mean everyone else needs to. I personally dislike those bands aswell, but I could careless for the people who compare it to some of the bands I listen to.
