Stock was a few pages back. Switched the bridge and saddles, original vintage pickups, dome knobs, it has a black 5 screw bakelite pickguard now, didn't take a pic of that yet.



For when I want some serious distortion.

isnt distortion determined by your amp/pedals? Kinda off to say that just cuz its humbucking, it will be thicker for sure but not more distorted.

well certain humbuckers will actually provide more distortion. but i get where you are coming from

well certain humbuckers are wound to be hotter, that is more output overdriving the signal a bit but single coils can be as well

humbuckers are able to provide more output without making as much noise, so most high output pickups you see are humbuckers.

Yes, distortion is determined by your amp, but if you have a stronger signal to amplify then you will run out of headroom more quickly and your amp will distort more.
