This for me was between Oasis and The Stones.
Now i am looking at this purely from a guitarists P.O.V. but both have had massive contributions to the world of guitar.
Oasis started a generation of carefree acoustic riffage, and the Stones started the rock guitar sound basically.
However, i vote Stones because they've been doing it longer
