This poll is made of pure fail. The "oh all that shredders can do is shred" arguement is pure bullshit. For one rusty cooleys vids are mostly showoff. Listen to outworld, there is more to it. Same goes for most shredders, its just one style that they can play. Like Chris Broderick, he shreds, he plays classical, jazz etc etc. In order to shred you have to have as much musical knowledge to tap into, many styles and techniques to be able to shred. unlike wylde who only shreds in pentatonis with harmonics.

Yes, a prime example of how bad he is at classical. His technique is fucking horrid.

In the first video: his right hand is horrible, especially in the second section, he fudges up the arpeggios. They're uneven, sloppy, and he loses time. He's just some dumb shredder who figured if he can play scale patterns fast with his left hand classical would be a breeze, but failed miserably. His tone is bad, his dynamics are nonexistant. He's all around bad.
