epiphone is my personal favorite budget brand

crafter, yamaha, alvarez, seagull are also pretty decent.

might be able to snag a guild too.

e:/ can't forget the ovation if you're into those.

i was gunna get a Takamine guitar on Craigslist for a steal, but i ended up getting a rip off gibson guitar from my aunt for free. it plays well though.
