It makes sense that it would be played in Eb tuning because then the Absus2 becomes 577x0x or x02200 or x0220x, all much easier.

B/Asus - x00442 gives you everything except for the E in the Asus part of the chord. If you want the E, you can invert it and play 000442 but this is very chunky. I'm not a particular fan of this chord as it contains a D in the bottom chord and a D# in the top.

On the off chance that you meant the much more pleasant-sounding Asus/B, then try 7x7755 (the last 5 is optional).

It sounds mean, but you're probably going to have to get used to it. That's the standard finering for a root position major chord with the bass on the fifth string.
