Always stretch before you play. Drink water before, during and after you play. sounds like an aerobic workout warm-up but that what drumming is, especially if you want to play fast/heavy.

I've done loads of research into stretch's for drummers so I might upload a video with all the ones I do, I remember I used to always look up the same shit over and over till I got it memorised, so maybe alot of people will find it useful.
