??? It's as confortable as any Strat out there

Playability should be as good as any Strat (or any of the other strat-copies).
Ofc I have to check the balance ... thats even a problem of your loved classic shapes (such as SG)

Nobody will know the sound before creating a guitar, but IMO it depends more on neck/pickup, then the shape of the corp.

I guess i´ll go for a fixed bridge and Duncan SH-4´s. So its an evil looking hard-rock guitar, but not metal-only
