not trying to put you down, but as most people in the drumming world would agree, mike portnoy is one of the worlds best metal/rock drummers
so to say he doesnt play anything hard, you better be nothing less than amazing

Brutzel, if you have listened to their latest album, systematic chaos, they play alot harder than they used to
But if you dont like his stylel, then so be it!
I dont really like Neil Peart's style, but he's considered frikin amazing lol.
But you should play the list i gave you
