It's funny, because jazz actually takes more skill. You can take the easy route and keep to specific notes of a key, or experiment with different things and "think outside the box", where it actually sounds good in the end. An excuse to play out of key? ... lol

Yeah I don't agree with the out of key thing. It's the fact that they can do that and still sound awesome that makes me like it.
