I've been playing guitar for 4 years, there are no " Scrub instruments ", each instrument takes skill and talent varying on what type of music you're going to play. For example, if you're plaiyng music like Slipknot, then yes it's learnable in 15 mins. If you're playing bass guitar and covering a Death song off of Individual Thought Patterns, you'll probably need a few years off experience and practice first.
