Being the drummer, i like to get 2-3 different types of the song down.
I usually take 8 takes in total; get 2 or three different versions.
Bass player takes 2 takes most.
guitars have to deal with doubling; the amount of takes they take pertains to the parts they have to play
why am i explaining this to you? You made this bullshit assumption based on the style of music we play.
I made the assumption based on the quality of the music, not the style of music, that you guys are bad musicians. That is not a ridiculous assumption. I used evidence to reach my conclusion. lawl

Tone has NOTHING to do with the playing of the musician.
Tone comes from the Guitar and Amp and everything that goes with that.
Stop.
LOL. Okay, I really know that you know nothing about music now. You don't even know what tone is. Ask any good musician on this forum, and he will say that tone is a combination of the player and the combined effects. How hard you strum the strings, how hard you fret the instrument, how accurate you are in placing your finger on the fret, etc. (For your case how hard you hit the drums, where you hit the drum, etc) These all contribute to a musician's tone.
