I bet. Is it acoustic electric or do acoustic basses usually not have pickups?

its electric acoustic, so it does have some sort of pickup, im not really sure how they work in acoustic guitars/basses.

in finnish we say it in that order for acoustic with mics(or actually we call them elecro-acoustic), also english wiki site calls it in that order. now that you mentioned the order, i noticed that most google results show sites that call it acoustic electric, but some still come with electric acoustic, so i dont think the order of those words makes any difference. or is there some slight difference?

Hieno verme, abertone. =)

It just threw me off, The acoustic-electric lingo means it's an acoustic, with electronics. I thought maybe electric-acoustic may have been an electric with slight acoustic characteristics.
