This is wrong, 2 to 3 wraps is perfect. More isn't as stable.

No, I've had my guitar restringed a few times when I was too lazy to by this guy that I know, works at a music shop.. he wrapped each unwound string at least 6 times and wrapped all the low ones at least 4 times. The thing almost literally never went out of tune (except when I accidentally bumped one of the tuning pegs etc)

Its a traditional. The Single Recto is very underrated by most people. As for the ibanez its a great guitar, very fast neck and great trem system, Also made in Japan.

It was my first guitar with a floating trem and I learned alot about them but I've come to the conclusion that floating trems just aren't my style. Currently trying to trade it for something with a fixed bridge.

More than 3 wraps doesn't mean it will go out of tune. It just isn't as stable as 3. More wraps just means more chance of having a lose wrap somewhere.

It's really more an issue of the tuners themselves rather than how many times you're wrapping the string.
