Godins are cool, but you need to work on your string winding.. you need to use a string winder and use your other hand to keep tension on the string so you can get as many wraps as possible for maximum tuning stability.

Godins are either really good or really bad. I don't know the difference though xD. It looks like a nicer one

I've always found 2-3 wraps to be sufficient, especially on the wound strings. I intentionally avoid doing any more than that because it just makes them harder to take off.

This is wrong, 2 to 3 wraps is perfect. More isn't as stable.
