ibanez never made customs

even their LACS is closed off to only a few ibanez players IE: satch, vai, lee, etc (basically the signature models you see today)

I saw on their FAQ a while ago that they did used to make customs. They said they stopped because they can't respond to each and every customer that wants one or something.

I personally dislike ibanez

depends, although I started playing with a band that is using 7 strings so I went out and bought one of those Ibanez 7321's, and its not bad for the price at all, although I am still getting used to playing on a 7 string neck. I will post some pictures here when I am not lazy...
