gl with that its a bitch learning by urself.. u really have to be able to keep a beat if u learn urself then u do all the fun little practices.. like make ur right hand move at a 1a+2a+3a+4a time and then make your leg move on the 2,4 of a 1+2+3+4 beat then get your other leg to hit prefer a db but if its just ur hi hat on the 1 and basically only thing i can tell u that helps is if you practice doing different timings at same time with each limb lol..
