Tu-2 mutes the signal completely, to allow you tuning your guitar correctly.

NS-2 will get rid of noise, you set it to your preference, you can have it be highly sensitive, or less..

The problem I'm having with all this now is setting the dials. I'm horrible with legit sound like this, I've always used big pedals like boss gt-10 and never bothered mixing amp with many pedals.
