translating sheet music into tab is not that difficult, but there are some challenges when you have to translate a piano piece into guitar tabulature:

left piano hand is usually in f-clef (which for me requires some thinking, i usually only read violin clef since i'm a guitar player)...
another challenge is to find a fingering that makes sense for guitar, especially with unusual chords. that leads to the question how good you are with your guitar, if you need it simplified maybe.
it's also important to know if you're familiar with the piece, in wich case a rather simple ascii tab would suffice or if you need note value...
