im not sure. i don't think anyone big. john frusciante (red hot chili peppers lead) has one but his signature is the fender strat and he rarely plays it
i was playing around with my buddy's ibanez artcore and i went to guitar center to look at their semi-hollow guitars and i came across this. fell in love until i saw the price tag.

it's just so damn versatile. beautiful tones all around, even unplugged
