It's not man - not if you do it properly. It adds dents under the paint, can lightly chip the paint too which adds a nice vintage 70s look

Im ofc no expert on hurting guitars, but i imagine the easiest way to relic a guitar is to just leave it someones cold damp garage or basement for 2 years
Then just dont clean it very well lol

WIth regards to a video of the chain bashing, no can do. You aren't subscribed to Total Guitar, and they don't have an archive for it. I will eventually look through my 300+ TG issues for it lol
