Take your time, kijiji has awesome deals each day.
The model as a model is good, as the brand...
It's worth the money if you like/enjoy the woody finish...I personnaly don't like it.

You can get a good ESP/LTD or ibanez guitar at 250-300$. Usually 24frets, two hambuckers

Esp -->  Awesome sound and awesome look for awesome price

the 2 brands you mentioned are my absolute favourite.
as for washburn, never heard of them so im not a big fan. but if its worth the 250.,.. i might just get it.
i dont think i can find an esp ltd or ibanez at 250 with 2 humbuckers :(

Similar guitar, i'm sure there are differences somewhere.

I'd say no - don't get it. It's a pointless guitar really, BUT - if you think it's a keeper for your collection, then go for it.

It's certainly not bad value for money, but saying that there is no description from the guy and the pictures are not great. Might have some secret damage to it

I think the Ibanez is probably built better, and the neck looks like it'd be more comfortable.

Didn't realise you only had one poo guitar. I'd go with the Ibanez fo sho

im not good enough/rich enough to own guitars.
its a hobby of mine that no one supports. i taught myself and its really demotivating because everything i love to play, i cant.
i blame the guitar because it doesnt provide me with normal conditions to play comfortably.
the action is fucked up, the high e string always gets caught on the side of the fret boarrd, it weighs like 45 lbs... etc etc

TBH you should just get a Mexican Strat. The best all round guitar on the planet, also could get a Telecaster. But if it's metal and shred you are wanting, then i spose Ibanez / ESP / Jackson etc is prolly best.

I still think you should forget everything and go for the mexican strat

Depends on your price range obv, but I found that quickly. You should go to a guitar store, see if they have any for like $350 or less.
