well i just tried it and found it impossible at any reasonable speed so it must be good for something O_o

Then start at 60bpm and get faster by 2bpm when you are comfy.

multi trill, chage pattern once you got the idea, check out hard songs to find patterns or idea's your weak on or with

Oh sorry and i forgot to mention the notes going up are using ur index,middle,and ring finger. and the notes going down are using your pinky,ring,middle finger in that order
