If you want something really cheap, try the Studio Limited.

I wouldn't buy an instrument off a website unless you are able to actually play that exact instrument before you buy it. Sure, the parts of the guitar might be identical to other guitars of the same model, but the overall feel of each guitar tends to differ between each guitar, even if they're all the same model. Before I bought my Les Paul, I visited several shops and played all of their 1959 models. Even though they were all the same model, each guitar had a different sound and the feel of the neck was different. I probably had tried every 1959 Les Paul Re-Issue in my city before I found the perfect one. To sum it up, I would recommend playing the guitar before you buy it or else you might get something that you don't like.

Well, if there's a Guitar Center near you I would go there because they usually have a decent selection of Les Pauls and are willing to negotiate the price because the employees work on commission. Other place, at least where I live, tend to be specialty shops and charge a lot more for high-end guitars like Les Pauls. In any case, try to negotiate a price or look in newspaper ads for coupons (Guitar Center sends me tons of coupons every month ranging from 10-25% off anything).

Squire doesn't compare to Fender or Gibson. There's just such a quality change when you hold and play it.

I wouldn't recommend a studio, i would go standard all the way. I hate how flat the studio looks ><

Also perhaps the Zakk Wylde Bullseye if you haved $4000 spare xD

How can you all sit there and say a Gibson Studio loaded with Burst Bucker Pro's sounds bad? That is insane, I have 2 gibsons at the moment a Gibson SG Standard, and a Gibson Les Paul Studio in Mahogony, and while I prefer the feel of the standard sg, the les paul with the bb's sounds insanely good, and its an incredibly versatile pickup. The chambered bodies HELP the sound not hinder, just because it doesn't weigh as much as a cinder block doesn't mean it isn't quality. It is mainly the finish and details that are left out on the studios not the actual qaulity of materials.
