Well, tinnitus is defined as abnormal buzzing or ringing in the ears. It is true that everybody has ringing in their ears to some extent (the majority of people have it such that it does not affect their lives at all), though it is not actually classified as tinnitus.

i'm just trying to help people, yes i know the video isn't great, if it bothers you that much go find a better one and post it here instead of just crying about it
