lawl. im not the one listing the "ones that were more popular and favored", but leaving out perhaps one of the top 5 rock bands in history. there are some bands you can leave off of the list of the "more popular and favored", but the Who is definitely not one of them.

I would have to point out that you havent got the Stones on your list. Further more, Black Sabbath and the Sex Pistols are NOT classic rock.
Out of the list however, I would have to pick the beatles, due to their massive impact on music as a whole.

I got to say Deep Purple, although i really like Led Zeppelin better i think Deep Purple did more for Metal than Led Zeppelin.

this song's solo may i point the similarity to:
Mr. Crowley - Ozzy Osbourne
One - Metallica.
