What type of music are you playing, and do you have any build/setup preferences? Nylon/steel/bronze strings? Have you set up a guitar before to any extent beyond changing strings?
There are some nice affordable guitars that are mass produced and come without being set up precisely, and if you are confident in your ability to do certain work on your guitar, they are great.

I've had a "La valenciana" for about 8 years, picked it up in Michoacan Mexico, they are 100% hand made and not expensive at all in fact I watched for a little bit while the luthier was making his guitars, I found this review on it

"Valencia" acoustics are sold by Rondo music - if you are familiar with their stuff, it is cheap due to the complete lack of advertising and retail presence, but the quality is certainly more than solid for the price - all of the Rondo guitars I have tried are respectable build quality on par with brands like Squier and Epiphone, but cheaper.
