I can give you tabs for this, they are pretty easy to find though.

Give yourself at least a year before you attempt the solo though, lol.

so, i'm beginning on the electric guitar, i am looking for really easy songs, but that sound sort of nice on the guitar,

when i say easy, i say like seven nation army kind of easy, or maybe a bit harder;)

thanks

Sweet child o' mine (the intro)

it was one of the first songs i ever tried and although it took me a year to finally get it nailed (lol) it was good practice at alternate picking, string skipping and moving all of your fingers (especially the pinky)

I don't know many whole songs but i know a lot of bits and pieces that are fun to play and really easy.

The first parts of soothsayer by buckethead
The rover by led zeppelin
The intro riff to swim by in flames (a bit like sweet child o mine)
The trooper by iron maiden
the intro riff to tornado of souls by megadeth

give some of them a go.

Medicine Man / Walk - Pantera, Pretty fuckin simple but kickass motherfuckin riffs.
Hallowed be thy name - Iron Maiden
Steal Away (The Night) - Ozzy Osbourne
25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago... though i dont recomend the solo sections as a beginer keep that for later :P
I Want Out - Helloween
10,000 Days (Wings Part 2) - Tool

as diverse as i can be at the moment

oh and Good Mourning/Black Friday by Megadeth the clean intro is just awesome.

Edit: and The Killing Road - Megadeth, you tell me right now if you like megadeth il give ya the easy kickass riffs. :P
