Listen to this guy.

And the cost for setting up your guitar professionally is around $60 but just setting the action is much cheaper maybe around $15

what all does setting up a guitar include?

If you want to try that, go ahead. You can find guides on YouTube and such.
Though, I highly suggest not doing it unless you know what you're doing.
When I got my first tremolo, not even guides could help me figure out what I was doing when I tried to fix it.

But, it's up to you. I'm sure the guitar shop can fix any mistake you make, if any. Though, I don't know if you can cause major damage or not by messing around with that stuff.

im a fast learning, and learn a lot of stuff myself. with my floyd rose, ive had some things mess up, but ive fixed them before

To summarise, the vast majority of people agree you should have it setup by a shop. Watch them do it, ask loads of questions, learn how to do it yourself so next time you don't have to fork out money! I'd consider that a worthwhile investment really, £30 once for a lifetime of maintenance knowledge! ^_^
