It sounds pretty good so far but ya the part around 1:50 needs to be changed especially since it is starting to go into solo from there. For the solo i would try some metal arppegios or some pentatonic scales. Try to figure out what key it is in and tell us because you need to know what key it is in to know where you should begin soloing or what arpeggios/pentatonics to use and what you could add. You don't really need to add anything you have a good 2:18 all i would do is take the end of the song and put that before the solo and then do some arpeggios/pentatonics to finish it and then end it off, songs too long get boring or become to much.
