Modified guitars generally don't sell for as much as they are worth to you. While the EMG 81/85 set is a popular one, not having the middle pickup doesn't look very nice and hurts the resale value a bit.

The Line 6 Spider amps generally don't have a great resale value - chains like Guitar Center pushed them really hard for a few years, a lot of people bought them and weren't happy with them and sell them, I see a lot of them used and at fairly low prices.

I recommend hanging on to both of them.

if you find someone who doesn't know much about good gear or tone, you can probably sell the spider at a decent price. problem with these people is that they're always trying to trade you worse shit + some money for your amp, which gets really frustrating. as for the guitar, it looks pretty sweet and you could probably get a fair amount of guap for it from the right person, again.

You might get 150-175 for the amp, the guitar is up in the air, just depends. Most likely only about 50% of what it was used unless its immaculate. Lower end guitars just don't hold their value. the emg's in it will help though.

I wouldn't sell it. But, then again, I can't say what I would personally do. For me, I would have to sell something to want to play it again. If I keep it, I'll continue to not want to play it since I still have it.
