You won't get anything good for under $100. If you can save up some money, look into Fulltone, Zvex, or some of the better Vox pedals.

-_- My pedal would cost more than my guitar... haha

Well I'll probably end up buying a cheapo one. I'm not sure I'll be able to tell the difference just yet anyways.

Then the question is, why do you need a distortion pedal.

So far everything that has been suggested, other than saving up has been pretty much crap.

The only thing i can think of would be the metal muff nano

Digitech > Boss

I used to use a digitech metal master and it was just beastly. The only reason i dont use it anymore is because i now have my Carvin V3 and prefer the natural tube distortion as well as having controll of the gain. The metal master is like having the gain up to 11 and then ripping the gain knob off

The best thing to do would to just save up for a decent amp that does not need a pedal. Of course, a decent amp isn't too useful w/o a decent guitar. You can go to guitar Center and get a entry level guitar and half stack for like $1,000. My Guitarist uses a Jackson USA Soloist with a B-52 AT-100, and those two cost about 2,200 altogether. Though if you wanted cheaper you could get an Epiphone SG or some such thing and a Marshall Valvestate for less.
