do that up and down and use your fingers succesively
you dont have to follow that pattern exactly, i mix it up, but its the kind of thing where its more of a physcial thing than a muscial one. you wanna be srue to get the best tone on each fret as you can. at some point, you will be able to take these with 32nd notes
