Myabe should have said lyrical genius. Not in the ratio of Dylan, but for his style and genre, very impressive, with almost all songs.

Big L, Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Trick's, Pac, and BIGGIEE

Only shit I listen to, but I think Big has a WAY better flow then Pac.
Personal preference of course
