I am not a big fan of jazz but I heard it was good in helping to play better guitar. So I decided to look up some chord progressions.

They say this is a popular one. Sounds jazzy(surprise surprise)

Jazz
Imaj7 VIm7 | IIm7 V7 | IIIm7 VI7 | IIm7 V7
Cmaj7 Am7 | Dm7 G7 | Em7 A7 | Dm7 G7

Post some of your favorite chord progressions in any musical style in the format I have above.

Nice, It feels like the progression should start as a plain c maj, but that's my opinion. Oh and for the A7 maybe (Asus7) would be nice

the A7 is V/ii not VI7. Also, G7 resolving to Em is sorta odd, if you want a deceptive effect try going from G7 to Am, to A7, to Dm.
