Many things wrong with your statement.

A 200 watt amplifier is just ridiculous. The only one i know of that is a serious amplifier is the Line 6 HD147, but it is stereo. Which means 100 watts to the left and 100 watts to the right. Still only really 100 watts.

The spider valve is mediocre at best and the money would be better spent towards something better.

the line 6 spider iii (15 w) is 'okay'... i use it

but like everybody else says, it sounds synthedic which personally i don't care for... it's okay for doing covers but to play something original, it's hard to get a signature tone... one that doesn't sound like it's fakeee
