Whats wrong with hardcore-style vocals? I've personally grown out of growls and brees (which I never really was into in the first place).

99% of metal I'd rather hear without vocals anyways.

They just don't sound that good to me, just don't like them. If the music is really good then I can tolerate the hardcore vocals, but coincidentally, most bands that use hardcore vocals also play terrible music.

apart form that sounds like some talented people there, how that talent is expressed is up to you, ive never been a fan of metal.
