Of these, I would say Dre is one of the best producers in the genre, he generally knows what sounds good and how to get it recorded.

As far as the location of this topic, discussing the producer as a more technical aspect can lead towards a musician's discussion than "favorite songs and bands chatter", though this discussion does not touch on much more than a simple opinion.
